Black Pepper

This Black Pepper, or Pippali in Sanskrit, is from a forest farm on the slopes of Sahyadri.  The peppercorn variety of western ghats have higher piperine content and are darker than regular pepper. These peppercorns were picked at an almost-ripe stage, dried naturally, carefully sifted, and packed in 100gm packaging.
